Discussing the future of leadership at Urban Futures in Lodz, Poland
The Urban Future conference in Poland was a wonderful opportunity to connect with a range of audiences in different ways. I presented a keynote to an audience of around 1,000 people, took part in a “F**k Up Night” where I spoke candidly about one of the hardest moments in my journey, and joined three smaller sessions with young leaders. The conversations focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, resilience, perseverance and the ongoing work of becoming the best leader possible.
